Was expecting another hard day. Have a 2 hour ride this afternoon. Weather is really nice, so will probably end up heading up one of the local mountains.

ANOTHER easy day!
Early start this morning. 6.45 breakfast, and down to the track by 8. To my surprise Mr.Sparks just had me doing 30 mins spinning on the track behind the motorbike... session over!
Was expecting another hard day. Have a 2 hour ride this afternoon. Weather is really nice, so will probably end up heading up one of the local mountains.
