Couple of easy days on the rollers so I'm fit and ready to train properly in Aigle.
Nothing else to report really...
Rapha kindly sent me a pair of their Grand Tour racing mitts, for the winter track season! With new gloves, new shoes waiting for me in Aigle, I'll certinally look the part! Bring on Colombia!
