Another good day on the bike.
With 3 sessions planned it was never going to be pleasant. My 2 hour ride this morning turned into nearly 3, which meant my legs were that little bit more sore for the evening turbo session. I managed to fit in 2 core sessions, one after the road and the other after the turbo workout.
Feeling really good on the bike and strong during the core work. Day off tomorrow and then 3 days of double sessions! Strangely looking forward to it.
Got Colombia World Cup in my head, where I want to do a sub 10.8 200m and more importantly to me, I really want to get a result in the scratch race. It'll be a really good test to see how my legs will cope with the omnium in Beijing. I've never ridden in a bunch race of that level so no idea what to expect! But the more work I do now, the less I'll suffer then!... or I'll probably suffer the same, but get a better result!
