Easy day tomorrow + race photos

Had an easy relaxing start to the day. Wasn't on the track until 12, so decided to have a late breakfast in a cafe across the road. A croissant and a coffee later it was time to ride down to the track, doing my best to avoid the ice.
It was a sprint session this afternoon. After a quick motor paced warm up, I was first up for the flying laps on 100" gear. The gear felt HUGE, but the times weren't much slower than previous attempts on the smaller gear, so I will pretty happy. We finished up the session with some standing starts, and then headed up for a late lunch.
With all of the planned pedalling out of the way, we hit the gym for a tough 60 minute core/weight workout. We followed Sarah's 'dynamic warm up', which I think was hard work on it's own!!
I always enjoy the gym work. Andy as always found a way to make me suffer - trying to bench 60kg with A LOT of help!

Had an interesting ride home in the; dark, snow, ice and sleet. Probably a pretty stupid idea, but ended up being pretty funny, and saves a lot of hassle in the morning!

Here are some racing photos from last night;

Flying 400m - 1st

Scratch - 1st
