Not long until the racing starts now.
Been slowly ticking over the last few days. Some light roller work and a couple of track sessions.
Back on the rollers tomorrow morning and then we get back on the track again in the afternoon. Some flying lap practice and some more pursuit work.
Seen some interesting things since arriving in China. At dinner some of the food doesn't sound great... for example 'boiled bacteria'... gave that one a miss!
