Prepped and ready to go!

I've had a good week training so far and it would be great to top it off with a good result tomorrow at the Dengie Marshes race.
I haven't raced since the Wally Gimber 2 weeks ago, but the quality training is having a better effect than racing 3 times a week would!
Although I really want to do well tomorrow, my main aim is to have good legs for the U23 Tour of Flanders next Sunday. 185km of wind, steep climbs, cobbles and lots of Belgians. A good performance - hopefully getting round inside the top 50! - will put me in good stead for the Cote de Picarde (France) on the 13th and the ZLM Tour (Holland) on the 16th.
Hopefully I've put in enough work to be able to do well, but I suppose only time will tell!

Off to have a stretch and do some foam rollering.

Adios
