Another easy day today.. not quite as easy as yesterday though! Roller session this morning, and then off to the track at 1 for what I imagine will be a light work out.
Weather is still pretty shit here in Pruszkow, so lucky we're indoors!
The girls are off racing in the team pursuit this morning, so will stick up there result/time once I know it!
Nothing else to report really... watched the film Shooter last night, which I thought was really good! But other than that, same old shit day in day out! Can't wait to race tomorrow!
Will take some more pictures from the final track session this evening,
