Update!

Sorry for the delay on updates! I've been wrecked and haven't had the energy to be writing!

Been hard at work over the last couple of days. Double sessions on the track every day, with session varying from short sprint work, to flying 3k's.
Raced last night at a Swiss track meet. There was a decent field with 10+ guys from the AG2R Pro Road Team and the World Scratch Champion from a few years ago. We had 3 races planned for the night; flying 400m, scratch and points.

I won the flying 400 with splits of; first 200m - 10.8, second 200m - 11.4
I went on to win the scratch in a group of 3, including Martyn. With 2 1sts and 2 2nds in the bag already for Team Ireland it was looking promising!
The points race was also a good race. It was one by Martyn Irivine with his agressive, rip everyones legs off style and this is excatly what he did to the World Scratch Champ, which also earned him 1st overall and a bucket of cash.

Really happy with the nights racing, espeically after partaking in flying 3k's in the morning.
Everything looking good for the Cali World Cup next week!

There should be some pictures of the racing from last night up soon, which I'll post on here once I have.

Heading down to the track now for a sprint workout followed by the dreaded trainer work out, finished off with a nice gym session.

Ciao
