Jumped on my pursuit bike today for a 30 minute spin. Did a few little sprinty type efforts to see how my chest felt. Was feeling ok, so going to try some zone 3 turbo blocks tomorrow.
Finished off the afternoon with 40 minutes of core/strength work.
Even though I've only had 1 day off at home, it feels good to be back doing something rather than sitting on my arse watching telly!
Going to keep loading the vitamins and getting plenty of sleep, so hopefully I'll get rid of this illness in the next couple of days!
