Hard training + posh wheels

Been training hard out here.
Had a good few days in the sun, which made doing the long road spins much easier!
Was on the track today for the 2nd time since arriving in Majorca and I was going awfle! Could barely turn the pedals in the morning road ride with Martyn and it only got worse on the track. Definately a day to forget on the bike!

On a positive note I recieved some shiny new wheels from the guys at HTC-Highroad.
