Race tomorrow

I've spent the most of today relaxing. Fixing and changing small things on my bike in preparation for the race tomorrow.
It's my first road race of the season. It's about a 2 hour drive, and the race is 87 mile. Just a little bit longer than the racing I've been doing on the track over the winter! I'm hoping my solid blocks of training on the road with Martyn over the last few months will get me through without too much trouble.
In the last hour I've done a bit of the dreaded foam rollering, had a bath, had a little stretch and now typing this whilst sipping on a SIS Nocte.

Also took the time to sort my wheels out for the Dengie Marshes race on the 3rd April and more importantly for the Tour of Flanders on the 9th!
